Disclosure Statement Regarding Personal Data Processed During Guest Internet Usage

This disclosure statement has been prepared by RENKTEKS TEKSTİL SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, regarding the hotspot user panel filled out for internet usage.

The personal data you share through the hotspot user panel, limited to your phone number and traffic data related to internet usage, are processed for the purposes of ensuring the security of the data controller’s internet service and fulfilling the legal obligation to record traffic data as per Law No. 5651.

These personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds stipulated in Article 5 of KVKK, namely “explicitly prescribed by law” and “necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.” Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law by sending a written application to Osmangazi Mah. Mertler Cad. No:20 Samandıra / Sancaktepe / Istanbul, or by email to kvkk@renkteks.com, in accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Applications to Data Controllers.
